Comedy Hotspot – At a local venue near you…
These comedy nights are compared by local (Louth) boy Joe Rowntree @joerowntree who really is a funny fella. Putting together a team of comedians and organising local gigs is what he does best. When I say ‘local’ I really do mean it. He and his team create a really professional setup and bring the entertainment to local village halls and clubs. On 1 Feb I took my family to see him, Roger Monkhouse, John Mann and Scott Bennett at Matin Village Hall. I wasn’t surprised at how much fun we had though as it’s the second time I’ve been along to a Comedy Hotspot evening in Lincolnshire.
Village Hall Prices
Don’t be fooled by the locations of these events. If you get along to one of the gigs you’ll be amazed at the professionalism of the comedians. It’s certainly not a ‘small town’ production. These comedians are all extremely funny and you can expect a fantastic night of professional entertainment. Buying tickets in advance will get you a discount of course but at just £15.00 on the door and village hall bar prices you’ll certainly be in for a great evening.
