Nordic Walking In Lincolnshire For Beginners With Mandarin Fitness

Nordic Walking In Lincolnshire For Beginners. Join us on Saturday mornings throughout for a 3-4 miles Nordic Walking session around local landmarks.

Meeting on Saturdays at 10.30am. Pay-as-you-go £8.00 per session (pole hire available at £1.00) or by booking monthly, sessions are reduced to £5.50.

Beginners are always welcome of course so come along to see what it’s all about.

If you haven’t experienced Nordic Walking before you’ll discover that it’s a great way to get fit. You’ll elevate your heart rate but as it’s such a social activity you’ll be too busy chasing to realise how hard you’re working. In addition, it’s a great way for people with injuries and mobility limitations to exercise as the poles help to give balance and increase confidence.

Beginners Only

Everyone is more than welcome to join our Saturday sessions but if you would like a Personal Training session to learn at your own pace that can be arranged.  Perhaps you have a group of friends who would like to learn? Whatever your fitness level or goals are, I can adapt the lessons to suite you so let’s have a chat.
