Having battled with my fear and dread of technology I’ve finally worked out how to produce a blog on my website.
As a first (proper) post (following on from my newspaper editorials) I want to say ‘thank you’ to Taryn of FCM Media for getting me this far with the website. Hopefully this will be the start of a new era for LincsConnect with more Lincolnshire blogs being added and more local businesses being promoted.
Perhaps a few words about LincsConnect might be helpful! Many of you will recognise Lincs Connect from the Facebook page and others will recognise it from @LincsConnect on twitter. In short, Lincs Connect is here to support local businesses and charities. You can use both sites for your FREE networking and self promotion of course but for maximum effect, I strongly urge you to search the hashtag #LincsConnect on a regular basis to support other users. By offering support and conversation to others you will build your own reputation which will lead to more contacts and better selling opportunities.
I hope you find this post useful and I look forward to producing more and better blogs as ‘The Lincolnshire Blogger’ in the very near future.
