Then and Now: 30 Years of ADHD Lincs
THEN AND NOW: 30 Years of ADHD LINCS
THEN AND NOW: 30 Years of ADHD LINCS is a full-day conference marking three decades of ADHD support, advocacy and change in Lincolnshire and beyond.
Across four themed acts — Then, Change, Now and Next — the day will explore how understanding of ADHD has evolved, what has improved, what challenges remain, and what must come next. The programme brings together lived experience, professional insight and evidence-based practice, creating space for honest conversation, reflection and forward thinking.
From early stigma and missed diagnoses, through shifts in knowledge and recognition, to the realities of ADHD today — including education pressures, late diagnosis, and modern stigma — this conference offers a thoughtful and balanced exploration of the ADHD landscape. The day concludes by looking ahead, sharing emerging research, innovative practice and ADHD LINCS’ vision for the future.
Designed for professionals, parents, carers, educators, health practitioners and advocates, this conference is both a celebration and a call to action — recognising how far we’ve come, and why continued understanding, compassion and support matter more than ever.
